YORUBA GROUPS WARN AGAINST STOPPING TINUBU’S INAUGURATION ON MAY 29

The Coalition of Yoruba self-determination groups, yesterday, warned that nothing on this earth must stop the inauguration of the president-elect, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This was contained in a statement made available to The Guardian in Ibadan by the Secretary-General of the groups, Dr Steve Abioye. Abioye said doing anything against Tinubu’s victory would be the easiest way to plunge the country into the conflagration.
He said: “It must be made known point black that the easiest way for Nigeria to be plunged into any crisis of unprecedented magnitude is for any unpleasant thing to happen to Tinubu’s inauguration.
“If any untoward thing should happen, then Nigeria’s continuing existence as a country may be threatened.”
