TINUBU PROMISES HIGHER ALLOCATIONS TO HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday, promised to re-invest savings from the now-discontinued petrol subsidy to raise budgetary allocations in the healthcare and education sectors.
He said increased attention to these critical sectors would improve enablement for industrialisation and investments in line with his vision to create an economically stable and prosperous country.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, revealed this in a statement he signed on Monday.
The President, who said he is well-attuned to the concerns of citizens, assured Nigerians that he is addressing the challenges triggered by his essential reforms.
