NYSC PARTNERS ICT FIRM ON COMPUTERIZED SKILL TRAINING FOR CORPS MEMBERS
The National Youth Service Corps has said it would continue to enhance the value and employability skills of Corps Members through the deployment of ICT solutions.
NYSC Director General, Brigadier General Yushau Dogara Ahmed stated this on Tuesday during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with New Horizons Systems Solutions Ltd, held at the National Directorate Headquarters in Maitama, Abuja.
Ahmed said all efforts should be geared towards equipping Corps Members with the necessary skills and trainings that would enhance their chances of becoming self-reliant and contributors to the growth of the national economy.
The Director General added that the choice of Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme as one of the focal areas of his administration is to build on the achievements of previous administrations as a step towards reducing youth unemployment.
