FIRST LADY APPEALS TO NIGERIANS TO LOOK BEYOND THE PRESENT SITUATION IN THE COUNTRY
First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, on Tuesday, appealed to Nigerians to look beyond the present situation in the country and see the bigger picture which has a light at the end of the tunnel.
She made the appeal during a meeting with the Wives of Service Chiefs and the Inspector General of Police, led by Oghogho Musa, the wife of the Chief of Defence Staff and president of the Defence and Police Wives Association.
In a statement issued by her spokesperson, Busola Kukoyi, the First Lady affirmed that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is taking measures to alleviate the impact of the fuel subsidy removal until the positive outcomes of the policy come to fruition.
She noted that her Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) aims to support the government’s efforts in this regard.
