ADELEKE THREATENS TO CLOSE FUEL STATIONS HOARDING PETROL IN OSUN

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has threatened to close fuel stations hoarding petrol.
Adeleke, in a statement by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed on Tuesday, said the inhumane treatment of people will not be tolerated.
The governor noted that the Committee shall begin special monitoring of all the filling stations across the state in collaboration with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
The fuel scarcity followed the inaugural pronouncement by Nigeria’s new President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who said on Monday in his inaugural speech that the era of subsidy payment on fuel has ended.
