2023: BUHARI FLAGS-OFF APC CAMPAIGN IN YOBE
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, officially flag-off the 2023 campaign for the Presidential and Governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe state.
During the rally which was held at the August 27 Stadium, Damaturu, President Buhari called on people of the State to vote for the APC’s Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the party’s Governorship candidate, Mai Mala Buni.
Addressing the party faithful, Tinubu added that he will use the newly commissioned Yobe Cargo airport to boost agriculture in the state and praised President Buhari for the airport project and other laudable projects across the country.
Tinubu commended the President and security agencies for the success recorded in the battle against insecurity.
